This isn’t a replacement support for what Xsilva can provide, this is more of an add-on service that can help you with customization, tips and tricks, and more - above and beyond normal technical support.

Here is a general breakdown of services that can be used as a guideline.

Custom Xsilva Web Installation and Hosting

Fresh installation (or upgrade) of your Xsilva Web Store Installation, full Linux based, enterprise cluster web hosting on a 100% uptime network backed by RackSpace. Full root SSL access for secure shopping (certificate purchase is extra), 5GB of disk space, 25GB of web traffic (about 10,000 visitors a day), 50 email accounts, full FTP access.

Custom Theme Development

Includes a full theme for your web store that can match your current site, promotional or collateral materials, or we can create a new design that rivals the standard themes that ship with Xsilva.

Custom Add-On Development

Price is solely dependent on your imagination… just ask us what you want, almost anything is possible. We provide up to a 25% discount (sometimes much more) if we are able to make the add-on available for future sales to other Xsilva customers.

Web Store Support Services

Includes The Following:
Priority support via iChat and emergency phone to diagnose and correct web store issues. Includes store updates and monthly snapshots for roll back.

LightSpeed? POS?

Point of Sale, in this case referring to the software that processes your customers purchase at the counter - at the actual "Point" of the sale. Our store is compatible with the revolutionary Point of Sale system from Xsilva Systems, LightSpeed. LightSpeed has pre-built web store extensions that, when activated, allow you to administer your products and categories with the click of a button. If you opt to use Xsilva's web store, and not ours, we can still help you customize and support it. We have helped many clients (over 50 actually) to perfect their e-commerce presence using the Xsilva POS.
